Whether you're searching for a cute barrette, trendy new leather bag, or a stylish dress for a night out on the town, Stone Flower is the absolute best shopping destination to look.  This fairly new boutique opened in Boston in April 2011, by owner Mike, replacing Crate and Barrel.  And thank goodness it did!

Stroll down into the Faneuil Hall Marketplace and you will arrive at this trendy boutique.  Feast your eyes on colorful, flirty bows to decorate your hair, cute winter caps with matching mittens, and sparkling jewelry lined up in antique drawers.  I deem this unique store the "It Girl" of places to shop.  So, ladies, grab your leather bags and credit cards, and head down to Stone Flower this week.  I promise, you will definitely not be disappointed.

When I walked into the cheerful, fashionable boutique on one Saturday evening, the individualistic decor caught my excitement.  The white walls accented with pink accessories, vanities, and vintage chandeliers.

The first table in the front of the store consists of neon hair bows.  Walk to your left and you will see elegant jewelry to indulge yourself with, suitable for a fancy gala.  To your right, cozy but cute woolen mittens greet you in the design and color of your choice!  In the back of the store near the register, racks of headbands are displayed, each piece unique in its own way.  Some are decorated with bows, some with flowers, and some with delicate lace and gems.

Last, but certainly not least; you will travel up the grand staircase to the second floor (my favorite part of the boutique)!  Racks of the most adorable clothing items, like no other, hang from the walls.

The price rage is estimated to be around twelve to one hundred twenty dollars.  I took special note of a few items: earrings: $24.00, sparkly wristlets: $20.00, headbands $15.00, necklaces $24.00, purses $29.00, mittens $20.00, hats $30.00, bow clips $12.00, brush and mirror set $15.00, and pea coats $120.00.

I had the pleasure of chatting with assistant manager, Jean, and was able to ask her a few interesting questions.  She describes the Stone Flower boutique as "shiny, cute, and feminine".  I certainly agree.  Like me, Jean's favorite clothing item in the store is a stylish pink princess pea coat.  This is a must-have staple for the winter season, so make a reminder note!  It is elegant, but at the same time flirty and absolutely adorable.  Furthermore, Jean's preferred accessory of the season is the wide variety of headbands with cute bows.

Jean's advice for aspiring boutique owners is to be open to all target groups.  She commented that a wide variety of people come to Stone Flower, ranging from "teeny-boppers" as well as "moms".  And, of course, do not be afraid to try new products and styles!

I strongly advise all of you young ladies in Boston to check out the Stone Flower as soon as possible!  And, a little secret, girls, for your ears only: it would be quite appropriate to bring a boyfriend on your arm to your trip to this boutique so he can spoil you!
