Ray-Ban sunglasses

One of the biggest accessories that seems to be popping up all over Boston lately is the Wayfarer style sunglasses by Ray-Ban; made popular by The Blues Brothers and Tom Cruise in "Risky Business". Now they've have been spotted on celebrities, actors and models all over the world. The most common color seems to be the original black, but there are plenty other colors and designs available. 

Though somewhat pricey, running at $145.00 on the official Ray-Ban website, these sunglasses are made from durable plastics and the hinges on either side are strong.  It's a timeless piece that can be worn during any season and for years to come, so this wardrobe necessity is definitely worth the splurge!  However, if you are like me and cannot seem to keep a pair of sunglasses from getting scratched, bent, or sat-upon, be sure to check out the less-expensive versions!  You can find them at Target, Walmart, and even your local CVS or Rite Aid!
