NFL Week 7 Power Rankings
10/16/12 01:20 AM
Just when the NFL's cream was starting to rise to the top, San Francisco and Houston were both beat down on Sunday while the Falcons were less than impressive against Oakland. Also, after another fourth quarter let down, did the Patriots fall out of the top ten? See where Andy and Ryan placed your team in week seven's power rankings. NFL Power Rankings: Week 7 32. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4): This week was the best the Jaguars have looked all season. Why? Because they didn't play. -AD 31. Kansas City Chiefs (1-5): The Chiefs are on a bye this week, giving the fans their second victory of the year. -RT 30. Cleveland Browns (1-5): At least the Browns won't go 0-16. -AD 29. Carolina Panthers (1-4):...NFL Power Rankings: Week 4

It was a very chaotic week in the NFL, with Green Bay and New England losing on two very controversial plays. San Francisco was shocked in Minnesota and the Arizona Cardinals are one of three undefeated teams in the NFL. With plenty of young promising teams on the rise and old enigmatic teams on the decline, Ryan and Andy have adjusted their week four rankings accordingly. NFL Power Rankings: Week 4 32. Cleveland Browns (0-3): The Browns could be en route to a 0-16 season. -AD 31. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-2): Jacksonville squeaked out a victory in Indianapolis but without Maurice Jones-Drew, they'd be sitting at 0-3. They need to pay that man, ASAP. -RT 30. Miami Dolphins (1-2): An injured Reggie Bush was the last thing the Dolphins needed. But had Dan Carpenter not...NFL Week 1 Predictions

The first week of the football season is all about speculation. The Cowboys defeating the Giants on Wednesday night doesn't really tell us much, but it is a big win, emotionally, for Dallas. However, heading into Sunday's action there are still many questions around the league. How will Peyton Manning's first regular season game with the Broncos go? Will his replacement, Andrew Luck, have any success in Indianapolis? Can the Jets succeed with Tim Tebow and Mark Sanchez? For now all we can do is guess, so here's my best attempt at doing just that. Indianapolis Colts at Chicago Bears All signs point to Andrew Luck having a great rookie season, which won't be hard for him considering the Colts' abysmal record last year. However, Luck will be up against...NFL Season Preview

Here is my NFL Season Preview. We'll likely check back on this at the end of the season to see how terribly wrong my predictions were. Enjoy! AFC East: New England Patriots – New England has won this division nine out of the last 11 years. The competition is getting tougher in the East, but as long as Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are still around, it still belongs to the Patriots. AFC North: Baltimore Ravens – Although Joe Flacco isn't the greatest QB, this is still one of the most well-rounded teams in the league. Baltimore was actually my early pick to win the Super Bowl this year until Terrell Suggs tore his Achilles tendon. AFC South: Houston Texans – Similar to last year, I can't see any team in this division besides Houston winning more...USA Shines in London Olympics, Titans WR Dead

Here are some of the most recent headlines from around the sports world: USA Basketball: Say what you want about the 1992 Dream Team, but that was then and this is now. The talent that the 2012 Olympic team has on the court is frankly unfair. To tell you the truth, it really isn't even fun to watch. Just think back to when you bought that new basketball video game for your PlayStation and since it was your first time playing it, you put it on amateur. Next thing you know you're beating the team by 50. That's exactly what this is like. Except it's real life. They've played three games so far and have scored a total of 364 points. In their first game they beat France 98-71. It wasn't such a convincing victory but it was only a preview of what was to come. Their second game...Archive
