LaDanian Tomlinson heading to the Big Apple
3/14/10 7:54 PM
On the same weekend that Jets head coach Rex Ryan undergoes a weight-loss surgery, the Jets agree on a two year deal with LaDainian Tomlinson. The New York Jets had the number one rushing offense in the league last year, and LT is just going to be an addition to that. Since the Jets no longer have Thomas Jones, Tomlinson will be sharing carries with Shonn Greene. I believe that signing LT was a great move for the Jets who surprised the NFL last season and made it to the AFC championship game. The Winter Olympics weren’t the most interesting throughout there different events, but this hockey game ended it in a good way (Better for the Canadians). The first time USA and Canada played in the Olympics the US beat Canada 5-2. They knew not to gain confidence off of this win though because they had a reason to believe that they would see Canada again in the Gold medal game. The US continued their success going undefeated throughout the tournament as they beat Finland 6-1 in the semi-final game to reach the gold medal game. Canada continued...
