Fabolous, Cobra Starship Headline Suffolk Concert

Suffolk University's Student Government Association (SGA) has announced that Cobra Starship and Fabolous will be headlining this year's fall concert, which will be held on October 1 at the House of Blues.

SGA, along with a concert committee, worked through the summer trying to get a list of different artists for the concert. Surveys were sent out to students which were asked about their preferences, who they would like to see perform, etc.

After discussing the feedback, the committee narrowed down the list according to what prices fit their allocated budget for the concert. Through conversations with various agents, SGA and the committee realized that their budget was enough to fit both artists.

Previous Suffolk concerts have featured artists, groups and performances such as: Jason Mraz, Sean Kingston, Girl Talk, Ludacris and Dayglow. And although we can't make any promises, you probably won't have to worry about being bathed in paint this year.

What is for certain, though, is that Suffolk's own Step Team and Wicked Hip Hop Dance Crew will both perform, starting at 7pm. Doors will open at 6pm and the concert is set to start at 7:30pm. 

Tickets for the concert are now free and available at the HUB. Two per Suffolk ID. If you paid for your tickets, refunds will be available in the Student Leadership and Involvement Office (Donahue 4th floor).
