Tired of eating cafeteria food? Why not take a short walk over to Anna's Taqueria which is celebrating their 15th anniversary this year with a variety of customer-appreciation events.
From now through July, all six of Anna's locations will offer treats on the 15th day of each month to thank customers for their loyalty. They may include Jarritos Mexican juice, chips and salsa, specialty Horchata Mexican fountain drinks, authentic Mexican coffee, and other menu favorites. There are also one-day deals that will be posted on their Facebook and Twitter.
"We are truly grateful for our customers' enthusiasm and devotion to Anna's, and wanted to use this major milestone to celebrate them," said Mike Kamio, founder of Anna's. "They are always surprising us with their stories, inventing events like the Anna's Half Marathon and even getting married after meeting in our stores. We wouldn't be celebrating our 15thwithout our loyal customers, so we're celebrating with them."
In addition to their celebrations, customers are invited to enter the My Anna's Story Contest and submit their story about how Anna's positively impacted their lives. The contest ends in July and Anna's judges will select the top 15 finalists and post them on their website. From there, customers will vote for their favorite story from the Top 15 and the winner will receive a burrito party at their home for 50 friends, as well as Anna's t-shirts and hats.
With convenient locations in the Boston area, Anna's is known for their authentic West Coast style, Mexican street food and prices that any college student on a budget can afford.
Anna's features four core menu items: burritos, tacos, quesadillas and Mexican plates that are all under $6. As well as their signature drinks, Horchata, a traditional Mexican drink made from ground almonds and milk, and Jamaica, made from boiled passion flower petals, are available. Both are made fresh daily.
To enter the contest, visit Anna's website or Youtube page to submit stories or to enter videos.
