After one quarter of the football season, the Houston Texans are the team to beat, New England and Green Bay are striving for consistency and the Saints are still searching for a win. Oh, and the Tim Tebow talks have already begun in New York. See where those teams rank along with the rest of the league in this week’s power rankings.

NFL Power Rankings: Week 5

32. Cleveland Browns (0-4): November 20, 2011 - that's the last time the Browns have tasted victory. -RT

31. Kansas City Chiefs (1-3): Kansas City turned the ball over six times against the Chargers. To make things worse for the Chiefs, they play the Ravens this Sunday. Disaster. -AD

30. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-3): Justin Blackmon was drafted fifth overall to provide an offensive spark. He's been anything but that. -RT

29. Tennessee Titans (1-3): With Jake Locker injured, can Matt Hasselbeck under center perhaps be a good thing for the Titans? -AD

28. Miami Dolphins (1-3): Back to back overtime losses are simply growing pains for this young Dolphins squad. -RT

27. Oakland Raiders (1-3): The Raiders got embarrassed this past weekend at Denver. Much needed bye week for Oakland. -AD

26. New Orleans Saints (0-4): The Saints are a couple of plays away from winning a game. A victory Sunday night against San Diego could change the complexion of this team. -RT

25. Indianapolis Colts (1-2): Unfortunate news this week as first-year head coach Chuck Pagano was diagnosed with leukemia. It's about much more than football now for the Colts. -AD

24. Carolina Panthers (1-3): Cam Newton and the Panthers were inches away from upsetting the Falcons in Atlanta. -RT

23. Buffalo Bills (2-2):  Ryan Fitzpatrick threw four touchdowns against the Patriots on Sunday. He also threw four interceptions, though. Might be the same this week when they travel to San Fran to take on the 49ers. -AD

22. St. Louis Rams (2-2): Jeff Fisher has St. Louis playing the type of football that you need in the NFC West - smart and tough. -RT

21. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-3): After their week one victory over the Panthers, people were optimistic about the Bucs. That optimism has quickly vanished. -AD

20. Washington Redskins (2-2): With less than a minute on the clock and ice in his veins, Robert Griffin III drove his team down for the game-winning field goal as if it was just another day in the park. -RT

19. Detroit Lions (1-3): Madden. Curse. -AD

18. New York Jets (2-2): WE WANT TEBOW! -RT

17. Seattle Seahawks (2-2): Marshawn Lynch is having a great season thus far but Seattle is ranked last in the league in overall passing yards. Also, they should be 1-3 right now. -AD

16. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-2): The Steelers lucked out on the early bye week. James Harrison, Troy Polamalu and Rashard Mendenhall are set to return to the field this week. -RT

15. Cincinnati Bengals (3-1): Watch out for Cincinnati! They’re flying under-the-radar and their next two opponents are the Dolphins and Browns. 5-1? -AD

14. New York Giants (2-2): The Giants dropped to 0-2 in the NFC East. In such a competitive division, this could come back to haunt the Super Bowl champs. -RT

13. Dallas Cowboys (2-2): Tony Romo out-Cutler’d Jay Cutler on Monday Night. And that’s definitely not a good thing. -AD

12. San Diego Chargers (3-1): The Chargers have wins against Oakland, Tennessee and Kansas City, but were blown out by Atlanta. They need a win Sunday night in New Orleans for me to be a believer. -RT

11. Minnesota Vikings (3-1): Minnesota won a total of three games last season. Moving on up! -AD

10. Philadelphia Eagles (3-1): In the 28 games as starting quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, Michael Vick has eight turnover-free games. In those games, the Eagles are 7-1. -RT

9. Denver Broncos (2-2): Not sure what to think about this team just yet. Peyton Manning vs. Tom Brady this Sunday will definitely give me a better understanding. -AD

8. Chicago Bears (3-1): The way their defense played on Monday night, the Bears do not need Jay Cutler to be great for Chicago to succeed. -RT

7. Arizona Cardinals (4-0): I’m wondering the same thing you are – how is this team still undefeated? -AD

6. New England Patriots (2-2): New England's offense put up 45 points in the second half, but Tom Brady still thinks they need to play better. -RT

5. Baltimore Ravens (3-1): Baltimore is a very well-rounded team but they aren’t dominant. Two of their last three games have been decided by just one point. -AD
