Just when the NFL's cream was starting to rise to the top, San Francisco and Houston were both beat down on Sunday while the Falcons were less than impressive against Oakland. Also, after another fourth quarter let down, did the Patriots fall out of the top ten? See where Andy and Ryan placed your team in week seven's power rankings.

NFL Power Rankings: Week 7

32. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4): This week was the best the Jaguars have looked all season. Why? Because they didn't play. -AD

31. Kansas City Chiefs (1-5): The Chiefs are on a bye this week, giving the fans their second victory of the year. -RT

30. Cleveland Browns (1-5): At least the Browns won't go 0-16. -AD

29. Carolina Panthers (1-4): If Cam Newton wants to shut up the haters, defeating America's Team on Sunday will be a great start. -RT

28. Oakland Raiders (1-4): Oakland almost handed Atlanta its first loss of the season. Almost. -AD

27. Tennessee Titans (2-4): Tennessee is dead last in rushing and can't stop a nose bleed on defense, yet they are 2-4. I don't get it. -RT

26. New Orleans Saints (1-4): They finally won their first game of the season and then had a week off. Will the real New Orleans Saints show up this weekend in Tampa Bay? -AD

25. Indianapolis Colts (2-3): After Sunday's performance against the Jets, Andrew Luck and the Colts have some work to do. -RT

24. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-3): The Bucs ended their losing-streak with a desperate win over Kansas City this weekend. Another losing-streak might be in the near future for Tampa, though. -AD

23. Buffalo Bills (2-3): A week after I blasted Mario Williams and his $100 million contract, he led the Bills to a victory over Arizona with two sacks. -RT

22. St. Louis Rams (3-3): St. Louis' next two opponents are the Packers and Patriots. However, both of those games are at home where the Rams are 3-0 this season. You choose. -AD

21. Cincinnati Bengals (3-3): They gave up 34 points to Cleveland. CLEVELAND! -RT

20. Philadelphia Eagles (3-3) If it weren't for a few lucky plays, Philadelphia could be 0-6 right now. The bye week might not be able to even help the Eagles who fell from No. 10 to No. 20 in this week's rankings. -AD

19. San Diego Chargers (3-3): The Chargers were so bad in the second half on Monday night, Andy and I thought about putting them dead last in the rankings. -RT

18. Washington Redskins (3-3): The Redskins have been playing well but they haven't faced a divisional opponent yet. This week they play the defending champion, NFC East leading New York Giants. Is Washington a legitimate threat this year? -AD

17. Detroit Lions (2-3): Detroit benefited from the ineptitude of the Philadelphia Eagles, but a win is a win. -RT

16. New York Jets (3-3): Every team in the AFC East is 3-3 after six weeks, just like everyone predicted. The Jets have beat the Dolphins and Bills this season, but do they have what it takes to win in Gillette Stadium on Sunday? -AD

15. Arizona Cardinals (4-2): It looks like the Cardinals have come back down to their expectations. They've only managed to find the end zone once in the past two weeks. -RT
