Designers come and go, looks change, and trends cycle, but ladies, style is forever! The fashion world is constantly changing and reinventing itself time and time again. What was "in" this season is inevitably "out" in the blink of an eyelash the next.

Sometimes it's hard to keep up with the hottest new trend that struts down the Paris runway or appears in the latest issue of Vogue, but never fear - here are ten essentials for any women's wardrobe that never go out of style:

Denim jeans– Whether it be shorts or full-length jeans, they are a staple in any wardrobe.  Possessing qualities that make them versatile and comfortable, best of all, they can easily be dressed up or down.  A proper fit and cut is imperative. The varying shades, from washed out to dark blue allow them to work well with all sorts of different tops, shoes, and accessories.

Diamonds– They don't call ‘em a girl's best friend for nothing!  Classy and timeless, diamonds, big or small, are stunning, glitzy, and glamorous. From a diamond necklace, to earrings, a watch, and, hey, maybe even a ring (if we're lucky), no girl can go wrong here.

White T-shirt – It may sound surprising, but a simple, cotton, white, fitted V-neck T-shirt is soft and sexy. It's great for a casual look and functions well for layering under other clothes during colder months. It's important to always keep it clean. Bleach any and all stains to keep it looking fresh and crisp.

Cowboy boots – These boots are a whole-hearted American classic, whether you live in the heart of Texas or the woods of Maine. Natural, brown leather boots are casual and fun. They can go with anything from shorts and a plaid shirt like Daisy Duke, to jeans, or a sundress.

Pea coat – This stylish coat is conveniently appropriate for fall, winter, and spring. The style actually came out of the military and was originally made of wool, but can now be found made out of many different fabrics. The double-breasted style looks great on anyone and comes in tons of colors, but it's often best to stick with the classics (red, black, navy, grey) if you plan on keeping it around for a while and matching all sorts of outfits.

Little black dress – Of course you knew this was coming! A LBD is crucial for any women's wardrobe.  It's sexy and classy, but can be worn simple or played up with splashes of sparkle or bursts of color to add pop and contrast to any outfit.  The best thing about black is that it never goes out of style, makes you look slimmer, and studies show that women feel more confident in it! What's not to love?

Blazer – A blazer can dress up just about any outfit and tie it all together.  Once again, it's classy, professional, and can go from daywear to night with just the right accessorizing.  They come in an array of colors, but black is always a safe and practical choice for a workday or a night out!

Converse All Stars – "Chuck Taylors", as they are so fondly known, have made their way throughout America's history and whether they make you think of Greasers or the early NBA players, Converse have made the switch from sportswear to anyone's casual footwear.  Appropriate for men or women, high tops and low come in a rainbow of colors, patterns, and fabrics, but work for any number of casual looks.

Pumps – Always keep your head up, posture perfect, and heels high! Pumps are a great way to dress up any ensemble.  Make sure that they're comfortable enough and that you can walk in them. There's nothing more embarrassing than stumbling around in heels. Both nude and black pumps are practical, sensible, and important to have to match whatever and can go from work to a night out. But never fear bolder colors or glitter to add some flash and glam.

Jean jacket – This is a must love because it works as a coat or a fashion piece.  It's lightweight, cute, simple, and can work into any spring, fall, or summer outfit.  Don't be afraid to pair denim on top of denim just as long as they are different shades of blue or black.

These fabulous items are simple, easy, fit a number of different occasions, and are always a good closet go-to.  So whether you're a fashionista who's always up on the latest trends or someone who just goes with the flow, remember these ten wardrobe basics and you will be good to go for years to come!
